Our Sports Club provides its members with support services on a range of sports and recreational activities, including top-class facilities. All activities are guided by the objective outlined in the club’s constitution, which is aligned to the CSIR Sports and Recreation Programme within the Employee Wellness Office.

Our Employee Wellness Programme seeks to enhance organisational health by maintaining a workplace that encourages environmental and social support for a healthy active lifestyle. This is achieved by fostering interest and encouraging employees to initiate healthier lifestyles or expand on them, providing a diverse wellness programme to meet a wide range of personal health needs and develop a positive culture that is focused on celebrating and improving the quality of life for all employees.
